2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.
3. The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and invoice.
4. Any customized products cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you.
5. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will arrange a return pick-up from your address.
