At Cover Darbaar, we aim to provide high-quality mobile covers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund within 10 days of delivery
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received a different material, quality, or design than what was described.
- The product is the wrong model or doesn’t fit your phone.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via coverdarbaarofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 8810554881.
- Share clear images of the issue along with your order details.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Important Notes
- Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations due to screen differences.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.
- Sunday is a non-working day, so requests made on Sunday will be reviewed the next working day.
