At Cover Darbaar, we aim to provide high-quality mobile covers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund within 10 days of delivery 

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received a different material, quality, or design than what was described.
  • The product is the wrong model or doesn’t fit your phone.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • The original invoice must be provided.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via coverdarbaarofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 8810554881.
  • Share clear images of the issue along with your order details.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations due to screen differences.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.
  • Sunday is a non-working day, so requests made on Sunday will be reviewed the next working day.
